Very nice, the lady was very gentle with us. The place is very clean. I am very happy with the service.
I got to give the dental office a great review. I had a tooth pulled out and it they were very good at making sure the area was numb. Even getting the needle was very good I didn’t feel any real pain. Even when tooth was pulled I didn’t feel any pain. Had to ask if they had pulled it as I didn’t feel anything. Thank you for taking good care of me during my visit. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this location everyone is very nice to deal with.
Dr. Zhao and her team was thorough and meticulous. Explained what she is able to do up front when consulting. I feel at ease given the level of service provided. Front desk receptionist was courtesy when answering any questions I had. Plenty of parking outside as office is located within a plaza.
Dr. Ballantyne was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly patient in explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Her expertise was obvious — she worked quickly while still being thorough and efficient. I would absolutely want her to continue being my dentist in the future. The hygienist was wonderful as well, and Martha at reception was very friendly and helpful everytime I visit.
