First time using Rupert, and I was very impressed. He replaced my old boiler with a new one, as well as replace all the rad valves in the house. He is very friendly and honest, and offered a great service at a reasonable price. Clearly very knowledgeable about all things heating & plumbing. I will certainly be using him again in the future - Thank you Rupert.

Rupert is brilliant. He managed to quickly locate the issue and fix my hot water valve. Basically another plumber installed the wrong valve (3 port instead of 2 port) in my hot water tank. I would highly recommend Rupert, he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Rupert came out after my usual boiler company were unable to explain or fix a heating problem. My usual company had spent several hours over a number of days trying to understand the problem, which Rupert identified within half an hour. Furthermore, whilst my usual company left me without heat for several days, Rupert went as far as to have me FaceTime him so he could examine things from afar despite him having a personal commitment at the time. He is kind and has a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
