I had a problem with my converted van done by another company. My wife called Oxbow and they were quick to get us in and diagnosed the problem immediately. They scheduled us for an appointment shortly after and fixed everything quickly. Chris and Greg helped us out and were great. We appreciate it!

We had Greg and Chris do our plumbing and electrical work for our van buildout. They were so easy to work with and always there to answer questions we had as we completed the buildout. Super nice guys and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!!!

I had an issue with my built-out van not done by Oxbow- a certain after market part was recalled and had to be replaced. I was referred to Oxbow as a shop that could do this specialized job. They were wonderful even though they hadn't installed the original item. We set up an appointment and in an hour they were done, and my van was put back together. I saw their work and it's high end. Very professional and efficient. If you're looking for a nice build-out especially on a Sprinter, take a look at their work.

When I got into Bend on Saturday and realized the shelf that held my water storage broke, which caused significant water on the floor of my van, I was so glad you picked up your phone Saturday and reassured me you could look at it Monday morning. I so appreciate you diverting your time and energy to fix this problem. . . . AND you gave me options, like “the quick fix” OR “doing it right”. I am so grateful!
