I have been a frequent patron of Oxbow Urban Kitchen, but my most recent experience was deeply unsettling due to the management's behavior. I had a reservation for 2:00 PM and, while I wasn’t seated until 2:20 PM, I didn't mind the wait. Food was good and service was better.
I recently visited with a group for a 2:00 PM reservation, and while our server was fantastic, the management (Becker) completely ruined the vibe. From the start, it was awkward; she was at the front desk when we arrived but ignored us until the host showed up. The chicken sandwich was a bit much. The chicken was 3x larger than the bun and heavily battered.
