Bryant reached out to let us know when he was on his way to the appointment we had arranged. He was thorough and took his time explaining the components of the system ( this was an inspection before closing on purchase of this house). Of concern, aside from functioning of the system, was a vibration noise when the AC was on. He explained could be for couple of reasons and after troubleshooting we agreed on the next step to be taken after we close on the house. It is hopefully an inexpensive fix.
