Not that bad They do come every 10 days as asked and they are reasonably priced. They do respond to requests. You want better service, pay more from someone else
They never came! We arranged for them two come twice for a "fall cleanup," (pick up all leaves and remove them to town compost; plus removing some brush piles). They were supposed to come twice. A month later they haven't removed a single leaf. We finally canceled the job in frustration. I would not recommend them unless you enjoy watching leaves turn into a carpet of compost all over your lawn. If I could have given zero starts, I would have.
