We are 1st time customers of OxBow Electric and they will be our go-to electrician for all our needs in the future! They are well staffed and always answer their phones! Great service, again! As before, technician arrived promptly during provided time-frame & sent a text to let us know when on the way. The tech was very polite and did a great job of going over project details before installing hook-up outlet for a portable generator. He also did a great job of reviewing safe practice steps to use the new outlet when needed. So glad to know we’re now better prepared for future power outages!
