I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. What stands out the most is the maintenance team—they have been quick to respond, professional, and attentive to any concerns I’ve had. I feel very comfortable and happy calling this place home!
The place itself is nice, amenities are nice when/if they are ever working, but the management and leasing staff are horrible. No one in management wants to work with you to make sure the resident is happy, it’s all about making money and squeezing every bit of it out of you they can. Lauren, the front desk lady, will tell you anything and everything you want to hear not caring if it’s true or not because she doesn’t get any backlash since she doesn’t have the final say.
