Lauren was the best !! She was super helpful during our move in process. We are so excited to explore our new city!
Clean building, friendly residents and staff. I was visiting a friend that lives at these apartments and was given lots of good shopping places and suggestions on places to eat by a very friendly staff member named Lauren who went above and beyond to find a good suggestion for my friends birthday dinner! I would consider moving to this building in the future purely based on the exceptional service I had recieved as a guest at my friend's apartment!
Lauren was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from the initial tour to move-in. She answered all my questions and made the transition smooth and stress-free. So far, living here has been a great experience. Randy, one of the maintenance team members, came into my unit for some preventative maintenance and was very respectful of my space. He was also a pleasant person to interact with.
Management was quick to respond to questions. One gave me an extra tour, so I could look at a similar apartment and see the garage, so my boyfriend and I could make a plan for move in day. One assisted with use of the garage on moving day and getting the various apps set up. Another helped with my question around getting internet setup. Overall, very helpful with answering questions, which helped me manage my anxiety about moving to my first apartment in over 30 years.
