I just moved into the apartment a month ago, and so far, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The building is located right in downtown Saint Paul, which is super convenient for getting around the city. I lived at Oxbo Urban Rentals for a year and overall had a really good experience. The location is convenient and the view from my apartment was absolutely beautiful — one of my favorite things about living there. Maintenance was always quick and responsive, which made things so much easier as a tenant. I never had to wait long for any requests, and the team was professional and helpful. Maintenance at Oxbo is excellent! My girlfriend put in a request for the dishwasher, it was repaired the next day!
