Needed dry ice, and they had it. Knowledgeable staff. I've had dealings with Oxarc in the past, all positive.
Be careful having anything repaired by them! I was given a estimate of $60-65 to have a regulator rebuilt. When I picked it up the bill was $99.94. They never called that it was going to be that much more. I could get a new Victor 450 regulator for $110 online. Will never deal with them again.
