My visit to Dr Douglas on 1/26/25 was excellent and professional. Dr Douglas quickly diagnosed my issue, counseled me, and prescribed meds that are working great!
Dr. Douglas has a great bedside manner. She is knowledgeable and efficient and a great addition to NCH Immediate Care.
Excellent care, attentive and professional. Was very happy with the Dr., Nurse, and admin team. My only issue is that they are listed as accepting VA Community Care but they do not. I had other insurance but others don’t.
Very good at explaining diagnosis and treatment. Would highly recommend. Made sure any questions were answered and explained.
