Contractor was hired and paid a deposit of half of the contract work on October 31, 2020. No work was started until January 8, 2021. I informed contractor that permit was necessary before any more work was completed, and he applied for permit in April 2021. I also informed contractor that he was not supposed to be paid a deposit of half the contract up front and a permit should be issued within three months of receiving the deposit. Permit was final issued several months later after contractor worked with architect. Once per... read more

David Francois is the biggest scam artist he took my money for school and my business partners money for school to get our general contractors license he always had an excuse on why you couldn't be at school to teach us and then he just eventually stopped showing up won't return phone calls won't give the books won't give the money back a real piece of work this guy
