Are they ever really open? They post 8-5 hours but may not really be open. Call first. And they don’t like to be bothered.
The first issue is how I was treated by one of their staff members, Chuck. After I stepped out from the office, he told me—very abruptly and rudely—that he wouldn’t touch the car because there was no battery in it. Worst inspection place in nova. Over more than a decade of having multiple different cars inspected around Virginia. I’ve never had a place nitpick and try to create work for their self out of the inspection process so bad. I tried this place twice both times it happened, never again.
