Terrible experience. Do not hire these guys. You have been warned. Sales guys will tell you what you want to hear and then will call you after you pay them and not follow through with what you discussed. They will not honor their warranty after they told me it was ok to do the very thing they are denying the warranty over.

Phillip and Jackson showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned everything up, and then brought me out to review the work. They did a great job. Very pleased!

I met with Jason Duskin from Ox Foundation Solutions on 5/7/24. He was very knowledgeable and through in his assessment and explanation of the solution to m y crawl space needs. There was no pressure or attempt to up sell me on products I did not need. I am very pleased with the service so far.

Ox was great to work with during the encapsulation of our crawl space. ****** was very detailed in his recommendations and presented his plan very well. During the cleaning and installation process ******, ****** and ***** went above and beyond to make sure that all aspects of the job were successfully implemented ( these guys deserve a raise in salary for their attention to detail). We highly recommend this company and their employees.

If you need yearly follow-up maintenance service, request *******. He is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond. Great work ethic. Thanks for excellent work *******.

Ox did a great job for us. Everyone we dealt with was top notch, from ****** (our sales rep), to the office staff, to the the guys who actually did the work (**** and *****). Both **** and ****** went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect. Choosing the right company to do our work was a tedious process, but we could not be happier with our choice.

Ox Foundation is a very professional organization that stands by their workmanship. In this day in time, that praise alone is worth five stars. Every member of their organization I dealt with were polite, courteous, and responsive to my needs. ******* and ****** were assigned to correct a difficulty with our carport foundation. Daryl, Dalton and Curtis did an amazing job! Ox called me to let me know the crew was on their way. They were timely, professional, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. My basement was smelling better as soon as they finished. Would highly recommend them and use again for any other future needs.

We are so happy we chose OX! We moved into our home and found massive unexpected water issues that affected the crawlspace (mold, erosion, etc.). We had consultations with countless companies and chose OX based on their down to earth, honest approach AND they had the best price point of all the others. Another deciding factor was that they don't outsource their labor. Their teams are employed by OX. Their crew was great and I'm so relieved to have our water issues taken care of.
