I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with Steven Owsley Law Firm. After being involved in a car accident where Allstate accepted responsibility immediately, my case still dragged on for three years with no valid reason for the delay. Throughout this entire process, I experienced complete abandonment. Communication was terrible—I went long periods, even years, without hearing from anyone.
