Well so far I’ll give a one because I can’t go much lower, to start with the parts people are ill equipped to actually look and find a part you need or they would rather not spend the time. Then after they have all the information needed,( ID photo from the engine ID tag) it was still very slow process, then I was sent the wrong gaskets, and to return them you have to jump through a couple hoops and fill out a form and get approval. I refused to review this company 2 years ago because 1 star was way too high for my experience. But now this company is under new management, and I could not be more impressed with the service.
