My wife brought her car in cause she was concerned about the brakes. The guys diagnosed it as the master cylinder needed to be replaced. A few days after repairs a low brake fluid light came on, I called the guys and they said bring it right in, I voiced my concerns about having her drive it with potential brake issues. I had an amazing experience with Muffler Man this morning! Wolfie, Sean, and John took the time to carefully inspect my brakes and calipers, which had been worked on by someone else previously. They discovered that it wasn’t just the brake pads, but the rotors that needed replacing. The repair was going to cost almost $300, but I only had $250 on me and they were kind enough to work with me and get it done for that amount. They had some rough owner/operators over the years. I will say the current crew running this shop is very knowledgeable in diagnostics, and repair. I’ve been there a few times now with some difficult issues. They got it figured out where others either couldn’t or wouldn’t try. They will even bring you out to the shop and show you physically what they are seeing. They are also vey honest and I can say that because I overpaid. These guys are amazingly helpful, super fast at repairs and very cost effective. Had my muffler system fixed in less than 3 hours!
The starter in my 2016 Ram went out while I was across the street from this shop. The guys at Muffler Man helped move the truck into their garage and were able to replace the starter and get me back on the road, all within an hour of closing time. Above and beyond service from this shop. I highly recommend them.
