We used Ownit for both the Sale of our House and the purchase of the new house. Despite a number of challenges with the sale of our house, the conveyancing was seamless. The purchase of our new home was also stress free. Communication is fantastic as and when required and they were also very responsive to our questions. UPDATE- solicitor from OWNIT just rang to say my complaint is baseless and I should remove this google review…she didn’t help to resolve our worst experience ever and if fact inflamed the situation by inferring it was our fault - showed no empathy or understanding - you deal with real people and saying my complaint is baseless shows just how INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT, UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL the company is! Overall we were happy with the outcome and the service, that was provided by Ownit, we would use again and recommend.
I would like to thank Paige Nibbs and her staff. They were very polite and professional. she responded on every email and text that had questions and concern and I got answers. The closing went smoothly and on with all the documents that had to be signed. She made all legal matters the walk in the park for me and my family.
