Very poor communication from the firm. They did the bare minimum. I was always chasing them to get answers from multiple previous emails sent.

I’ve emailed them multiple times to stop emailing me as I never accepted their quote and have gone with another conveyancer, BUT they still email me daily! Bordering on HARRASSMENT! Tried calling them about it and waiting on hold for ages
