Owners Choice Staff ( formally CUC ) are very professional and knowledgeable. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you understand what Owners Choice offers. Incredibly slow, unprofessional, disorganized did I forget any negative adjectives? They also tried to claim I only paid $75 for my appraisal fee until I faxed them my bank statement showing I paid the full fee. I used them through my credit union Great Erie and thought it would be easier. Boy, was I mistaken.
Absolutely do not get a mortgage through Meridia for Owners Choice Funding. My fiance has been a member with meridia for a while, and they have always been wonderful. I opened an account to re-finance my car, and again they were wonderful. Everyone is always very polite, and helpful when we go in there. So, we decided to apply for a mortgage with them.
