My wife and I met with Bill (owner) and really liked what he had to say and the concept he presented. This was the extend of what we liked. Bill brought on Dave to be the Project Manager. Bill had promised that he could complete our project by Christmas as we had a baby on the way and wanted to finish before it came. He understood and said no problem. We used Owner Assist Remodeling to complete a complex basement remodel. Our basement had several ugly concrete support to cover up. Bill knew the right people to do the job from an architect to the final finish. My husband and I were able to as much or little of the project ourselves. We really appreciated the expertise both Johnand Bill provided with the knowledge of local contractors who did a wonderful job. I recommend their work to family and friends without hesitation.

Continually kept us informed of the status and next steps while patiently helping us navigate the construction process. Highly recommend this service for anyone wanting to own a part of the management experience to save money.
Dave Williams with Owner Assist helped me do a remodel on my kitchen. He is knowledgeable and has a broad background in the industry. He was able to help me obtain good trade subs to complete all aspects of my remodel. Very importantly he has a level temperament (even when I was freaking out) and got me through the project with confidence and kindness.
We were delighted to find Bill with Owner Assist Remodeling to help us with several projects to update our home.
