Very displeased! Your orthotics arrived late and we’re not what I had ordered. They were supposed to have incorporated a lift under my first metatarsal. They did not do so. I was also supposed to have a 2 mm lift on the left heel. Also not existent. Finally the orthotics hurt when I wear them. I’ve had orthotics for 40 years and never had a pair that would this uncomfortable. I reached out to the company. I was basically told to take a long walk.
Robert is just an amazing human being and very professional. He truly cares about his clients and just goes above and beyond. My sister got great shoe inserts that meet her needs. We just couldn't be happier with the quality of work done and the professionalism shown by Robert. For anyone needing an orthotic, look no further than Own 2 Feet.
I ordered 3 different set of footbeds & I couldn't be happier with all three of them. I have been using footbeds for well over 20 years & Robert Feldman stands out as being at the top of the game. Its money well spent and highly recommend it.

I have known Rob for 43 years, We were in High school together and have been best of friends ever since, We recently got together (pre-virus) and I told Rob about the problems I was Having with my feet.
