Working with Dr. Kylie at Own Pelvic Health Therapy has completely changed the trajectory of my postpartum recovery for the better. I started seeing Dr. Kylie about four months postpartum when dealing with symptoms of pelvic floor issues after giving birth. In the months since, I have learned so much about my body, how it should be functioning, and how to move and exercise in a way that supports my overall physical health. The improvements have gone far beyond my pelvic floor. I feel stronger and more capable physically tha... read more

I would recommend Angela to anyone! The first pelvic floor PT I went to postpartum prescribed me to do kegels and it wasn’t making a difference with any of my symptoms. Angela’s comprehensive approach of exercise, manual work, dry needling and cupping helped relieve all of my symptoms. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable in vulnerable setting. She gave me the tools to help maintain my progress on my own. My quality of life was drastically improved over the 5 months that I worked with Angela and I am so grateful!! Th... read more

I have been working with Dr. Kylie since April when I was 9 months postpartum and I can't say enough positive things about her! She is kind, caring, compassionate and easy to feel comfortable with. She is also very knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and human body and has helped me so much with my symptoms. The entire staff at OWN has been very welcoming and I highly recommend to anyone who is on their pelvic health journey!

As a fellow runner, Dr. Angela was able to help me build a postpartum plan that steadily got me back to running long distances. What I appreciate the most about my work with her (other than her kind, patient, thoughtful, positive, and fun! vibes) was that she expanded my exercise plan to include full body work to prepare me for running. I learned so much from my time with her that I carry with me still. I ... read more

I am incredibly grateful to have found OWN Your Pelvic Health during my recovery from deep infiltrating endometriosis surgery and a hysterectomy. From the moment I walked in, the entire team created an environment that felt welcoming, safe, and genuinely caring. Pelvic health can be an incredibly vulnerable area of care, and what stands out most about this practice is how thoughtfully they approach each person as a whole human being, not just a diagnosis. Dr. Emma Long has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable, compassionat... read more
