Have been on several Own The Night buses for different occasions (wedding, birthday, bar crawl) and always had an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and professional, but also know how to have fun and make it a memorable experience. Communication is prompt and they will do everything possible to make sure you had the time celebrating your occasion.
I have parked here in past years for tailgating before Packer games quite a bit. Seeing the busses parked along with everyone cooking, eating, and having a good time, its always a go to when I need somewhere to park. When my now wife and I were planning our wedding and she brought up transportation, I knew exactly where to go! We met with Adam months in advance to go over tentitive timing and destinations. Kevin was very responsive and was easy to book and would highly recommend them to do my future group outings.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for transportation. They are the best around, without a doubt.
Booked this bus for our wedding in which they were supposed to pick us up from church at 3:30pm - they showed up at 5:15 pm. We were late for dinner and missed our photo spot. Kevin and Adam, the owners, said they would refund the full amount for the issue. After 3 weeks of no refund and not a single response to multiple communication attempts, we are taking them to court for not fulfilling the contract! Take that into consideration when deciding if you want to book them …
