My payment included a sleep study, a consultation after to review the results (within two days), and an Rx if needed. I never heard back after the sleep study to get the results. On day 5 I called and asked for a supervisor and also to schedule the consultation with the results. Nothing. So I put a dispute in with the BBB and as a result they kicked me out of the practice.
