THIS IS FOR EXISTING AND POTENTIAL PATIENTS AND POTENTIAL NURSES I see alot of positive reviews on here but that's from patients who must not see what's REALLY going on. Not only did this Dr. fire me for making a mistake on only my second day without giving me a chance, espiecally since I have never worked in this kind of nursing before, but they also have alot of major issues. I went to the wellness center for prolotherapy, with Dr. Kaplan, for nerve damage. I had other treatments to no avail. I was deperate for help and relief for the pain I was experiencing. I had 7 sessions of prolotherapy and it has changed my life. I also used the infared sauna to help with the healing process. It was very clean and relaxing. I am grateful for Dr. Kaplan, Michelle and all of the other staff members. They treated me with kindness and respect every step of the way.
I seriously cannot say enough about my experience today!! The facility is beautiful and the staff are outstanding; so friendly and talented! I had the Illuminating Glow Facial with Amanda and this is the best I’ve felt all year. I can’t wait to go back!!
I cannot say enough nice things about this wellness center! I've had the pleasure of enjoying a massage here twice by Brandi. Each time I've had an excellent experience as she went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. All in all, I would highly recommend this Spa if you are looking for a professional, positive, and rejuvenating experience!
Seriously the best facial I have had in a very long time! Katerina was incredible! She knows her stuff, answered all my questions, and customized my facial to match my skin. This Spa is on the cutting edge with so many new skin and facial treatments. It is a place to go if you want to see results!!!
Best facial at a great new spa downtown !! My skin feels amazing. Katerina was not only professional and knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming. My skin tends to be sensitive and she explained things in detail and thoroughly answered any questions I had. The atmosphere at the spa is modern yet relaxing. Looking forward to my next appointment!

To begin with, I'm a fan of their skin care lines PCA Skin and Kerstin Florian. I needed a facial after a summer of sun and sunscreen on my face. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. My skin looks so much healthier prior to my treatment and the whole experience was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Katerina is a pro, I highly recommend her.
