Unprofessional manner with a lot of swearing. He could not find the broken sewer pipe so had to call City who used camera and found broken pipe on my property. Broke toilet and left open sewer pipe dripping with just a rag to seal. I had to use Saran Wrap to seal pipe myself. Said that he was going to dig hole with helper (hole had just been dug for hole that broke sewer pipe), then called for digger so waited for that to appear. Had a plumbing leak between floors, causing a wet ceiling. Contacted Owl Plumbing and Colin was able to be onsite checking out the problem within an hour. He quickly identified the likely solution and repaired the seal on our leaking upstairs toilet. Colin was great to talk to and gave us advice and tips on what to do and with preventative maintenance as well.
