Wayne has gone the extra mile with several jobs at my home with regular ordinary homeowner home pest control. He's honest, affordable, fair, shows up on time and is super friendly and uses the safest products possible. Additionally he has decades of experience and a proper license unlike other so-called "pest companies," in Nanaimo. I recommend him 100%.
Used Owl’s Eye Peat Control to set up traps to catch a rodent that had gotten into one of our properties. The job was done quickly and efficiently with clear communication and tips to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Super happy with the results!
My parents hired this company to deal with a rat problem. The technician placed several black boxes and wooden traps but, despite his claim that there were "30 rats under the shed," he failed to catch a single one over an entire month. He then tried to charge them an additional monthly fee to keep the ineffective traps on the property. We ended the service and bought our own traps, which caught rats the very next morning. I contacted Wayne at Owls Eye this afternoon when I suddenly realized we had a massive paper wasp infestation in our soffits and fascia. He was at my house within 20 minutes and had the job completed within an hour. His price was incredibly reasonable and his customer service was quite possibly the best I've ever encountered. He's honest, reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable. I read all of his glowing 5 star reviews before I contacted him and all I can say is that they are well deserved
