I’ve been in mental health services the majority of my life and by far OwlBridge Wellness has been the best. I read some negative reviews but still made an appointment anyway. The provider I saw was Ms. LaVinda, the owner. I can tell you that my experience with her and still is NOTHING like the negative things I’ve read on these reviews. She is the most caring, supportive, kindest and coolest Healthcare Provider I’ve EVER met. My husband was a patient at Owl Bridge with Dr. Dahar. We of course followed him when he switched practices. We did not receive a bill or phone call from Owl Bridge when out of the blue Dave charged our card on file for $168. We did not authorize this payment or have an arrangement to do that! Patients beware. We had to call our bank, file a dispute and change our debit card. Very shady business declining there.

I truly dislike LaVinda, worst psychiatrist ever. Does things under the table and is absolutely unprofessional. I do not recommend ANYONE come here EVER!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PRACTICE. My experience with Owlbridge Wellness and the owner Lavinda was nothing short of deplorable. I spoke to the office staff who first told me my card wasn’t on file but then charged it anyway after promising they wouldn’t because I was working with my insurance. I asked repeatedly for a call from the owner, Lavinda. I went two times. The first time was to set me up with a therapist. I went back to meet with the therapist a week after to find out they mixed the schedule up and the therapist I was scheduled with wasn’t even there (I was still charged for the appointment after) I came back another time to meet with the therapist specifically wanting CBTI therapy, but was instead prescribed two medications as she did not offer said therapy and seemed confused when I asked about it.
