Easy to accessible
I have been using owl pharmacy for about a year and they rarely deliver the medicine at the time frame they set up or it goes to a completely different address... Not happy with them 😞
Terrible service for a pharmacy. They needed more info from my Dr to fill my prescription. When my doctors office calls to give them info they are sent to a full voicemail box. When I called to tell them that they still transfer you to the full voicemail box. Just ridiculous!
Terrible Experience! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this specialty pharmacy. They texted me to collect my information, including the gate code for my complex, and provided a delivery window of 12-5 pm on a specific weekday. I explicitly informed them that I would be unavailable until after 1 pm and made sure they would pass along the directions, including the gate code.
