We were thrilled with how quickly we were able to get an appointment! As newcomers to the area, finding good doctors can be challenging, but we absolutely LOVE the NP, Elise, and the office staff, Anna. Elise always takes time to go over things in depth. She’s thorough and friendly. It's fantastic that the office is right at the school too—so convenient for the school year! My kids won't be able to fake being sick. *cue evil mom laugh*

Alcona health center is very understanding and they listen to you as a person. Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond.
My son sees Elise for primary care. He has some complex medical issues and she always takes her time to look my child over and discuss things at length until we are both comfortable. She reviews his medical history prior to seeing us which is greatly appreciated. She has great bedside manner and I feel like she has the best interest of my child in mind.
