I did not receive services from Owl. I filled out a form on their website on February 28 and received an email back From them on March 2 to provide more information. I promptly provided them that information the same day and followed up three more time over the next two weeks to get scheduled and never received a phone call back to actually schedule with a provider. It has now been three weeks and I have still yet to hear from anyone, but thankfully was able to get services from another provider.
Not a fan! My daughter has been going here for 2 years. They put her on antidepressants (that can’t be skipped)…they’ve switched her providers on her at least 2-3 times because of staffing issues. Now, she is a college student in AZ and only comes home to CO in summers/winter. We asked for a refill until she gets home the end of May & they won’t accommodate. Seems like wellness and health aren’t the top priority. Not providing one refill will do more harm than good.
Highly recommend. They really listen to you and set you up with an individualized care plan that works for you.
