We lived at Owl Creek for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The environment is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. There's a secure package room, and the maintenance team regularly cleans the hallways and common areas, and takes good care of the lawn. One of the things I appreciated the most was how responsive the maintenance team was — every time we submitted a repair request in the evening, someone would come by the very next day to fix it. Rude and unprofessional staff, especially Noah Nelson in the leasing office. There have been many staffing changes throughout my time here and it’s headed in the wrong direction.

I had a great time staying here, as the unit's facilities were well maintained and of great quality. Also, Noah and other staff members were very friendly and the maintenance team was also quick to respond to any issues that came up. Didn't have much issues apart from the trash room occasionally filling up pretty quickly, and would highly recommend as a place to live.
