Dr Haberstaat is so sweet. She takes time to listen to your concerns and if she's not sure on something, she will look into it and let you know what she finds.i feel like she genuinely cares about her patients.
Great doctors! The receptionist at the front desk is the absolute worst! Has horrible customer service. Arrived 12 mins late to appointment and was told they hve to see if the dr can see me since I'm late. I asked what about a grace period she cudnt tell me how long the grace period is. She then never goes to tlk to the dr about seeing me n immediately tells me tht i hve to reschedule removing my kids from them ASAP
Im a first time mother to a baby girl born in July and Owings Mills Pediatrics have been the best! We see Christine and she is very sweet and knowledgable, and also helped me a lot with my breatfeeding journey. I highly recommend this practice for your little ones.
