My daughter is a new patient at this practice. We decided on this practice due to it being closer to us. I really like the provider that she is seeing, however the assistant was not welcoming. She did not introduce herself, did not greet my child, and she just seemed absolutely miserable. I think she spoke two sentences to us. If you are working with patients especially children you should try to at least fake a good attitude. Great doctors but some times front desk person is not friendly.
We love doctor George so much, she is an amazing doctor, so kind and remembers everything plus our two boys love her. I only give three stars because of the front desk lady whose tone in dealing with exhausted parents who are just doing their best is horrible. She seems organized but she should not be interfacing with clients.
