I had a custom trailer built. It was not built according to the specs on the work order. They built another one to my specs. Another problem came up and they took care of it. Not the cheapest or the best. Good enough service that I will go back.

I had to have a spindle repaired for my boat trailer and I have never had a better experience at any business. They knew exactly what to do and had it finished before they said it would be ready. The price was very fair and they helped me with other items I needed. Everyone there that I dealt with was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous . Will defiantly go there with all of my trailer needs in the future.

Terrible business told me one week to replace my trailer axle.... Two weeks later after calling to see if its done i told yes it's done... I show up and my trailer only has one axle on it and I already booked loads .... Their response was that I gave them the wrong number.... It doesn't take 2 weeks to get an axle from Georgia!!! There's no telling how much money they have already cost me now....

I have been dealing with Owensby for 10+ years. They do the basic bearing maint for my popup and boat camper, they do a great job. They also installed an elec breaking system on my Tundra and then moved the system to my Titan when I sold the Tundra. They do great work. Having them modify a hitch on my camper so I can put a bike rack on the back. Always found them pleasant, fast and they stand behind their work. I don't get that other reviewer, but I can say my experience has been outstanding.

Simple - straight forward locally owned business. Owensby was recommended to me by my local mechanic. I called and received a quoted price to install a trailer hitch on my car. Owensby had to order special parts so I provided a $100 deposit. The parts arrived 1 day later, they called me and we scheduled a time to drop off the car. It was a quality installation, completed when promised with no hassle whatsoever. I like supporting locally owned businesses, and would recommend Owensby to anyone.

i paid in advance for a wiring kit and installation for my blazer. they told me the job was complete so i checked it and found that the blinkers didn't work and the engine kept running when i took the key out, also the engine revved by itself and the steering wheel shook. They told me that theres no way what they did caused all that. I left and broke down about a half mile away. I went back that day and got the same response.
