Back in 2006 Owensby installed our roof with what they said was Tamko Asphalt Elite shingles. Our insurance company recently checked our roof for what we thought was wind damage. Turns out our entire roof is curling and lifting in places due to the fact that Owensby had instead used organic shingles. I called Owensby several times over the past two weeks and left messages with their receptionist. I also emailed them, but no one has called me back or responded to my email. I chose them after searching www.ago.mo.gov; www.sos.gov; www.bbb.org; and mo casenet site. You can't find a blemish on this company. Phil Owensby, the owner will bend over backwards to please and is a stand-up guy. Someone on axxxxlist.com wrote a bad review, but anyone can write any review they want; if they were that seriously upset they would have gone to the agencies above to file a complaint. I highly recommend Owensby to anyone -- and I'm not related or in their employ.
