I would not place your trust and life into the hands of Owensboro Health. I was a patient of Dr Koo untill I received a call telling that he had been terminated. I already did not have any respect for the way rhe reception area treated the patients. But this is not the reason for such a low review. I was seeing Dr Koo. A Dr for Owensboro Health.
