As soon as I walked in the door I was treated great! Great visit all around and helped me understand the reason I am having pain and problems
Dr. Hay has been fantastic so far! My 10 year old saw her about enlarged tonsils. I do not care for their surgery scheduling process and having to wait indefinitely for someone to call to schedule. Also, they are not familiar with my insurance, but I guess it's a learning process. We were able to get in for an appointment super quick which is why we chose to try this office, whereas, Norton childrens in Louisville has a 6 month wait just to see a nurse practitioner.
