Went during an open house. Fantastic tour and great to be allowed inside to 40 meter radio telescope

What an exceptionally cool place. It is closed, except to Authorized Personnel. There’s some reading material at the gate that will give you the information to authorize yourself. Once inside, you can explore the gigantic satellite, which was moving and making nifty futuristic sounds when I visited.
