I can only state the facts. the fact is that this place is way better at customer service, diagnosis, and repairs of vehicles. Went to this place to pick up a UHaul, and my husband asked about a warning light; four wheel drive signal came on during our travel. the man, Curtis, told him multiple issues and allowed my husband to pull it into the shop to take a look. Was travelling on vacation with our family and we had a 4 wheel drive light come on and we took our vehicle to Owens and the guys there were friendly and knowledgeable. They got our vehicle in and found the issue and took care of it right away. We finished our vacation and drove back to Wichita Falls with no problems. Big thanks to the guys and would highly recommend Owens truck and auto repair if you need a mechanic in Texarkana.
