Very disappointed with this company. A couple of months after they planted a tree for me, it became clear the tree was already dead when it was planted — it never grew or showed any signs of life. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via text and phone, and have been completely ignored. This is not how you treat customers. They took my money and left me with a dead tree and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This was the first time I used Owen’s tree service and I just want to say how excellent they were. They responded to my call right away..knew what I wanted to do and the within the next day they were there removing my dead tree and replacing it with a tree I wanted. I also needed a trimming from a neighbor tree that hung over on my side and that was done. They arrived early in the morning and were done with 2 hrs. Jose and team were fantastic. A day of work by his team got huge amounts of work done in our yard. Tree removal was superbly expert. Wouldn't use anyone else!
