Just want to leave an honest review on Mr. Owens. This man came to my house at lake Blackshear and did a driveway job. He presented himself as a god fearing person that would never do wrong in any situation. I let him pave a large job for me after hearing his story about having a stroke and his hardship. He graded the driveway to his specs assuring me I would be very satisfied with his work.
