Scarlette Owens was very kind and welcoming. She has wonderful bedside manner and listens to your every concern. Office staff was also very kind and efficient.
Had an appointment to establish care, to which I called ahead to confirm I was in network, to which I was. 2 months later I got a bill for $602! Left a message with the office, upon the call back, now my bill was $334.... for a wellness visit. They confirmed again that I was in network, so I asked why would I pay that when I have a co-pay. She said because I have a deductible.... but was met in January due to a surgery, to which she said I could call their billing team. I have been seeing Scarlette for years. I'm so happy she opened her own office. Scarlette is so easy to talk to; she takes the time to listen to you and truly cares about her patients. Her staff is amazing!
Scarlette is thorough and attentive. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and covers every question you come with.
So happy Scarlette has started this great new practice! The facility is first class, and her staff is too! Very few practitioners spend so much if their valuable time doing everything they can to keep us well, or "fix" us when we are not feeling our best!
