I have use Owen RV repair, on more than one occasion. One being during a snow storm, and shortly after Randy's surgery. He came out, assessed the problems, and fix the problems. I feel so blessed to know, when I need any help with my camper, Randy Owen is just a call away!
Randy came out on 12/12/2025 to repair a toilet that wouldn't stop filling. He also installed a shutoff for the toilet and unclogged the water line. Dirt sucked in through the hydrant and clogged water supply. He assesed our toilet was bad and installed a new one.My wife met with him and was pleased,but shocked at the bill. Move ahead 2 months, my wife notices water on the floor by the toilet and sends me pics. I notify Randy via text 2/22/2026 that we have a leak and send him some pics. Great service. Came out and spent them troubleshooting the issue with our AC and narrowed it down quickly. Made a great repair and now it works perfectly.
Air-conditioning was not working....Randy came out , identified the problem and fixed it. I would give 10 stars....
Randy came out today to change our converter. All the signs were there that it was dead. It turned out to only be a fuse so he saved us $400. Very friendly and knowledgeable so we would definitely use him again and recommend his service.
