Too expensive
I wouldn't rent here again. The unit itself was fine. The customer service is non existent. One night the gate stopped working. No answer even on the after hours line... they got back to me days later. Another woman tried getting in that night, and she said once she was locked inside! No answer then either. When you have a question exorcist to wait multiple days for a response. Also, they don't prorate upon exiting, but they don't let you know that ahead of time (I would have moved out at the beginning of the month rather th... read more
Very bad service they don’t answer any calls take weeks to get a hold of you most of their units have water leaks broken glass in front of a couple units
