I have lived in Owens Mobile Home Park for almost 8 years, it is the nicest mobile home park in this area. When I moved in I was given the rules of the park, which says I will abide by the rules to insure my safety as well as the safety of my neighbors.I actually like living here, I have a good support system here and the owners are very helpful. It bothers me when people who break the rules and are asked to leave, will turn around and bad mouth our home. It is not true.
bad experience living there my mother passed away from there and because the owner there wouldn't allow me to be on the lease when I was living there knowing my mother located me and my son which is six put us on the street I think that was totally unfair
Close to everything. Beach, shopping, dining. Very quiet neighborhood.
