We should do homework on this business before we hired them. They will be your nightmare and frustrate because they could not do anything. Do not ever hire this office for anything. I was recommended to Owens Management Systems was very happy with the detail and the process that they provided. From my first phone call to getting my property platted they were always available and polite and friendly. Several other land survey services companies recommended this company to us to handle replatting services for me which is why I agreed to use them. We spoke to Joyce the owner nearly 2 weeks ago regarding the replatting process and have been trying to reach her ever since to verify and confirm the information she gave us since we've been unable to verify and validate with the civil engineer and the city of Houston Permitting Office.
