In 1959, Owens Liquors began as a small family owned and operated store in Myrtle Beach, SC. In 1974 a new location was opened in central Myrtle Beach and in 1978 the 80thave store was opened. Owens Liquors was thriving in two locations. In 1998, the central Myrtle Beach location was closed and the 80th Avenue establishment was remodeled into a 2 story state of the art store. Large selection
I stopped at Owens Liquors for the first time the other day. All I can say is WOW! The store is gorgeous. Smells great clean and wonderful selection There was a lady who helped me, she was awesome!!!
Sorry I have to continue my review. Very friendly and patient with me because I know nothing about liquor or wine. She was very friendly and patient. I noticed a candle and fresh flowers.

In response to the tip below from Annamarie G: https://foursquare.com/user/39173117 We don't carry Medium Mango Wine & have yet to serve any Wine by the glass. So we are confused about her tip.
I am so sorry to Owens for what has come up on there web site I put this to Carolina Vineyards Winery. Not Owens I loved that place. and will be going back each time I go.
I found my tasting to be OK but when I bought a glass of the medium Mango he got it from another bottle & let me say it tasted like I was drinking apple vinegar this place has not got good wines.
