He touches patients inappropriately and the police know about it, but he has not been arrested yet.
Yahoo s posted hours are completely wrong. For correct hours, visit the Carolina Family Practice facebook page and read the about section. Additionally, the review from 6/03/10 is slanderous, and I requested Yahoo remove it months ago. The practice does not accept any new patients who require controlled substances.
Dr. Owens is known in certain circles as "Dr. Feelgood"....if ya know what I mean. Hes a pretty cool dude and its not hard to get scripts from him.
