I have often heard of the mysterious 'guy' who everyone but me seems to know. It takes one call, they show up, and fix the problem for a reasonable amount. Lance Owens is that guy. He showed up same-day on a Saturday, diagnosed my problem, provided me options, and came back on Monday once he could get the equipment. He is kind, professional, informative, and communicative, and to top it off, a local, small business owner. Even though HVAC issues can be things of nightmares, I'm not going to worry anymore. I've got a guy.
Lance was so quick to fix my AC during 95 -100 degree temps outside. He was easy to communicate with and fixed my AC so fast! He's honest and straight to the point. Highly recommend! I trust his expertise and will use his business in the future.
