Needed to know if our ductwork was properly installed and do seasonal maintenance. Company came and alleviated our concerns and fixed a big issue we didn't know existed on our a/c unit. UPDATING IN 2026: Owens has come more than once (without charging us) to look over a different company's equipment and helped resolve issues. Dan and crew recently installed a new RunTru furnace and AC, replacing existing units which were still under warranty but with an HVAC company which consistently failed to repair several issues. The price of my new Trane RunTru units compared to my old units was well worth every penny. Not only do my new units far exceed performance expectations, but the Owens service team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dan, his son, and apprentice, Tom, did a superb job of installing a new heating and air-conditioning system in our home. They worked diligently throughout the day into the evening in brutally cold weather. They were professional, helpful, kind, and considerate. We are very appreciative of their efforts and the results.
