Connie has horrible phone etiquette. After a morning of planning after speaking with Sean and ready to put in my order, she completely ruined the experience. Rudely talking over ppl, etc.... Sean seemed pleasant and helpful - the reason the review is a 2 star and not a 1 star. Ordered from another local florist with much better Customer Service!
Jamie was wonderful to talk to and placed my order for my uncle's funeral. The flowers were gorgeous and my siblings were very happy I chose Owens florist. We had a military red, white and blue stand arrangement. The flower choices were phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend them!
Highly recommend for fresh flower arrangements at a reasonable price. I have been very happy!
